Authorization is not needed, however, a call to the Customer Service Department 800-969-7501 or Technical Support Department may help avoid an unnecessary return.

To return an item, follow these steps:

1. Securely place the item to be returned into the original package.
2. Fill out the merchandise return form on the invoice and enclose that into the package.
3. Apply the supplied UPS ARS/return label onto the package. Keep the Tracking number portion of the label for reference.
4. Take the package to any UPS Store®, Customer Center, Shipping Outlet, Drop Box or give it to any UPS driver.

The UPS ARS/return label only applies to shipping addresses in the contiguous United States. You pay nothing up-front. $7.99 will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
